AvX: Consequences 2 Cyclops really shows his colors here. I didn’t want to believe that my favorite leather jacket wearing hero of the 90’s had become a total douche, but he has, and all the proof is right here. While he’s an asshole, he’s an incredibly crafty one. I don’t know that I buy the whole “mutants in general population thing”, and his giant helmet makes him look retarded, but the overall idea plays well. The conversation between Wolverine and Cyclops is great, one thing ruins it for me, but it’s damn funny too. They try to make Wolverine extra bad ass by having him come in with a six pack and chug them all and throw the empty cans around in Cyclops face to show how mad his is. The problem? They aren’t beer cans, but orange soda. Kinda takes away the impact. Minus that, I liked the issue. Verdict: Take It |
