To Games You (Probably) Should Have Played

Z

The Console Wars are in full swing. To celebrate, I’m taking this time to go back and pick the best games of all the previous generations that I think You (Probably) Should Have Played, one letter at a time.

Check out all the other entries in the Games You (Probably) Should Have Played series if you haven’t already.

Zombies ate my Neighbors (SNES – 1993)
Not overly popular upon it’s initial release, Zombies has become something of a cult classic now, much like most other LucasArts games from the same time period. This was a fun tongue-in-cheek run and gun game where you attacked classic movie monsters (including Zombies) with off the wall weapons like lawnmowers, popsicles, silverware, and exploding soda cans while trying to rescue your neighbors. It had a dark sense of humor which made the game all the more surreal and fun to play.
