Man, Forbidden Door sure was a banger last night, am I right? Bryan Danielson broke his arm in the first ten minutes, and kept going like the fucking beast he is, and came up with that modified submission on the fly.
Anywho, check out this Hobby Box of Upper Deck All Elite Wrestling cards from last year I managed to get on the cheap, for a reason apparently.
Well look at this, I finally found another Star Trek card box to open. Unfortunately it’s for Star Trek: Discovery, and the inserts were decidedly mid.
I get that they need to pad the pool (see what I did there) of people they have sign autographs in these things, but they have far too many background actors who show up for like 5 frames.
Fortunately this time I do a little better, but only just.

Panini 2022 WWE Immaculate Hobby Box Break
I still don’t understand the appeal of these higher end Panini America sets, but because I have OCD and need a box from every set they make, here’s six cards I spent about $400 on. It was not worth it in the least.
You’d think for $400 they would ensure all the autographs are on card, but they aren’t. But one had little hearts on it, and the other I will enjoy with a nice cold Steveweiser. But still not even remotely worth $400.
While I still don’t understand this Panini America set, I couldn’t help myself when I saw someone selling 42 card Blaster Boxes for only $30, while the 48 card Hobby box is $180. Turns out there’s a reason they are so much more expensive.
How is it that across three boxes, almost 50% of them were duplicates? That doesn’t seem possible, but yet here it is. Especially with the crazy 4500+ combinations of cards in this set.
