The Console Wars are in full swing. To celebrate, I’m taking this time to go back and pick the best games of all the previous generations that I think You (Probably) Should Have Played, one letter at a time.

Where in the World is Carmen Sandiego? (PC – 1985)
Not all games are blood and guts. This is probably the greatest example of edutainment of all time. As kids, we all thought we were playing a game, when in reality, Carmen, when she wasn’t busy putting the Miss in misdemeanor, was teaching us all about world history, geography, and the procedures of the legal system. And yet every kid always clamored for more computer time to play it.
 

JohnScott is the proud owner of a life size replica Captain Kirk Chair. He is a hoarder of Comic Books, Transformers, and Star Trek action figures. He attended Space Camp as an adult.
